OUR Mission

We are Mercedes-Benz.io. Our mission is to ignite and build the digital solutions of Mercedes-Benz by forming a tribe of digital enthusiasts that drive Mercedes-Benz’s digital future.

OUR program

The Campus Promoters Program is a partnership between Mercedes-Benz.io and students from different universities. As a Campus Promoter, you will be an extension of the Mercedes-Benz.io brand and create a bridge between our company and the students.

Our Goal

Support you in creating opportunities to help get students closer to understanding the reality of working at an international tech company.

This program is made for you, around your schedule and your needs. We will align and support you with all the planned initiatives so that you can still focus on what is most important: your education.

What makes a campus promoter

📚 University students (bachelor or master) with a background in Computer science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar areas.
🌍 Based in Lisbon or Braga.
✅ Availability for quick alignments twice per month from February until July.
💪 Someone proactive, a people person, and a team player.
🎙 Good communication skills with a good campus network.

What you will do

👋 Support Mercedes-Benz.io in getting closer to future talent.
🎉 Organize exclusive events.
💼 Represent Mercedes-Benz.io in Job Fairs.
🗣 Help your fellow student colleagues understand the reality of working in an international tech company (through workshops, and guest lectures, amongst other initiatives).

What you will GET

🍕 Mentorship lunch with a Mercedes-Benz.io colleague, within your area of interest, to help you develop your career.
🎓 Special Mentorship talks about how to up your candidate game (how to build the right CV, write the best cover letter, and nail those interviews to get the job).
