Whistleblower Portal

The Whistleblower Portal of Mercedes-Benz.io Portugal Unipessoal Lda. is intended for the reporting of practices that constitute violations, namely:

• Infringements, acts of corruption, or others within the scope of application of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC);
• For the scope of the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers of Infractions (RGPDI), approved by Law No. 93/2021, of 20 December, which transposed into the national legal order Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 23 October 2019, on the protection of persons who report violations of European Union law;
• Harassment (moral and/or sexual) and discrimination practices.

The mechanism of the Whistleblower Portal guarantees confidentiality, impartiality, security and accuracy in the analysis and processing of reports of infringements received.
