Internship – Support Engineer (f/m/x) DCP / Digital Business Platform
We are Mercedes-Benz.io. Our goal is to make Mercedes-Benz the digital champion of the Automotive Industry. We are working with an end to end responsibility on e-commerce solutions and digital marketing activities like the Mercedes-Benz websites. We want to create experiences that people love and we are proud of. For our office in Stuttgart, we are looking for an Intern (f/m) to help us in Service & Support Management provide the best-in-class solution support and reliability.
In this role you will
- look after the digital product solutions and their enhancements
- work together with our support engineers and development teams
- develop methods how to improve the knowledge transfer from product teams to Service & Support
- work self-organized on support and incident processes as independent as possible
- improve and enhance documentation and workflows
- create monthly SLA and product reports and drive continuous optimizations
Ideally, you possess the following skills
- successful student ideally in computer science or a related field
- you have a feeling for how to analyze an incident or bug
- experience in Jira, Confluence and CMS
- basic knowledge in understanding code logic
- excellent English skills
There will be big smiles if you
- programming skills (e.g. in Java) are welcome but not a must have
- have a mindset to delivering best support experience for our customers
- are interested in gaining insights from Service & Support Management – not just on a technical basis
- eager to improve the quality and performance of solution support

This is a full-time internship position with a length of 6 months based in our office in Stuttgart. We have a fantastic team with people from all over the world. We encourage frequent collaboration and pairing across disciplines. English is the main working language. (Non-native German speakers, will have plenty of opportunities to practice German).
