In this role, you will

  • Have a deep impact on the success of Mercedes-Benz´ online sales activities reaching millions of users
  • Be the Product Owner and the main stakeholder contact for car web shops
  • Decompose complex problems into clearly articulated objectives
  • Unify product vision and strategic goals and translate into the product roadmap and an objectively prioritized backlog
  • Have end-to-end responsibility and work cross-functionally with internal consultants, designers, data specialists, and engineers to improve the user experience and develop new features
  • Establish and develop routines to utilize data, user insights, and feedback
  • Participating in sprint activities and ensuring that the team delivers effective customer solutions

You possess the following skills

  • Proven sense of accountability, ownership and stakeholder relations
  • Several years of hands-on experience managing all stages of the digital product life cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Multi-perspective thinking and problem solving
  • Self-sufficient working attitude along with strong analytical skills to reflect priorities and making trade-offs in a complex decision set up transparent
  • Drive motivation and inspire a cross-functional team to incremental and validated growth

This is a full-time position, based in our Berlin office. We have a fantastic team with people from all over the world. We encourage frequent collaboration and pairing across disciplines. English is the main working language. (Non-native German speakers, will have plenty of opportunities to practice German).
