As part of the Business Operations circle, our Compliance Team, consisting of Legal, Compliance and Data Compliance Specialists, is in charge of establishing a Mercedes-Benz.io custom made Compliance Culture in accordance with the relevant Daimler policies. To be compliant with all applying regulations while preserving our agile and modern way of working is a constant challenge. As we believe that prevention is the key to a long-lasting success, keeping all measures up to date and forecasting potential risks is an important part of our work.

In this role, you will

  • Support the Compliance Team to maintain our Compliance Management System and safeguard a compliant work environment
  • Constantly challenge and improve processes to fulfill legal requirements by drafting and documenting business procedures
  • Perform risk assessments to identify risks at an early stage, develop solutions and create reports for the management
  • Help implementing the compliance measures of our parent company
  • Concept and conduct target group-oriented trainings in various compliance fields such as antitrust, sanctions compliance, integrity matters and data compliance
  • Assist the Compliance Team in drafting compliance consultations in compliance and data compliance topics for our employees

You possess the following skills

  • You have a law degree or a bachelor and a master´s degree in business law
  • You have gained first experience in a financial institute, a law firm or a medium to large-sized company
  • Your work results have always been thorough, and waterproof documentations put a smile on your face
  • You have a confident appearance and you have experience in conducting trainings and moderating workshops
  • Your analytical and conceptional skills in regard to legal and economic problems are outstanding
  • You have intercultural competence and your German and English is business fluent

  • Have previous experience in Compliance, ideally related to companies with Tech focus.
